Don and Grand Funk Railroad play Island Resort & Casino in January

Don Felder is playing at the Island Resort and Casino in Harris, Michigan on January 15th and January 16th. To purchase tickets, go to the venue site.

Don returns to Fallsview Casino in January of 2010

According to this press release, Don Felder will be returning to the Fallsview Casino at Niagara Falls to play three nights. Details are as follows:

Thursday, January 7
Showtime: 8:30pm (Doors open at 7:30pm)

Showtime: 9pm (Doors open at 8pm)

Showtime: 9pm (Doors open at 8pm)

Don Felder plays show at Grand Casino Hinckley

Don is playing a show at Minnesota's Grand Casino Hinckley on October 16th at 8:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster or by any of the means outlined in the news release below.

Hinckley, MN – Don Felder, former lead guitarist for the legendary band the Eagles, and Grand Funk Railroad will light up the stage at the Grand Casino Hinckley Events & Convention Center with classic rock hits like Felder’s “Hotel California,” and “Life in the Fast Lane,” and Grand Funk Railroad’s “We’re an American Band,” and “Locomotion.”

The show begins at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16.

Felder participates in charity auction Oct. 4

Monterey's SPCA is holding a charity auction to raise money for their Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center on October 4th from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm in Carmel Valley Village, California. (However, you don't have to attend to bid). Felder is participating by donating a round of golf with himself at Spyglass in Pebble Beach, along with a signed book and Fender guitar.

Felder comments on mini-controversy about Alabama radio stations censoring "Life in the Fast Lane"

A couple radio stations in Alabama recently were criticized for censoring the curse word from "Life in the Fast Lane."  Don Felder was asked for his comments on the matter by Keith Thomson. You can find them at the Huffington Post.
