Don turns 62 today!
To celebrate, I've added photos to every gallery except the early years and the 80s. Check them out from the gallery index.
I've also made new sidebar - keep refreshing until you get it!
To round out the visuals, I've made widescreen versions of Don's wallpapers - click on the thumbnail to get the widescreen one:
More to come later in the day!

Felder participates in charity auction Oct. 4
Monterey's SPCA is holding a charity auction to raise money for their Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center on October 4th from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm in Carmel Valley Village, California. (However, you don't have to attend to bid). Felder is participating by donating a round of golf with himself at Spyglass in Pebble Beach, along with a signed book and Fender guitar.
More details can be found on the SPCA Monterey County site.
Quoting them, this is Felder's donation:
2. Golf with former Eagles guitarist Don Felder at SpyGlass Hill Golf Course, Pebble Beach: World renowned musician Don Felder was one of the original five members and lead guitarist of the rock group the Eagles for 27 years. Credited with adding a rock and roll edge to their country sound, he wrote the music for their biggest hit, the multi Grammy award winning song “Hotel California”. With 14 Grammy nominations and 4 wins, his signature guitar work has become legendary on songs like “Hotel California”, “Life In The Fast Lane”, “One Of These Nights”, “New Kid In Town”, and the list goes on. Don and the Eagles also hold the honor of having the first Platinum album certified by the Recording Industry Association of America. That album, The Eagles’ Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975, has reached over 26 million copies, becoming the best-selling album of the 20th century. Spyglass Hill was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., as a part of the master plan for the Pebble Beach ocean front and is rated one of the toughest courses in the world Fill your team as you like, just one-on-one with Don for the ultimate fan experience or the winning bidder can invite two friends for a foursome with Don Felder. This package includes a copy of Don’s book “Heaven and Hell: My Life with the Eagles,” a Hotel California guitar pick, and a Fender guitar autographed by Don Felder.
