Don Felder, former lead guitarist for the rock group the Eagles for 27 years, is credited with adding a rock and roll edge to the band’s country sound. His signature guitar work has become legendary on songs like “Hotel California”, “Life in the Fast Lane”, “One of These Nights” and “New Kid in Town”. A member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998 and a 14-time Grammy-nominated artist, Don is also a New York Times bestselling author with his autobiography Heaven and Hell.
An Evening at the Hotel California with Don Felder will commence on the rooftop terrace of the Grammy Museum with a cocktail reception featuring Wolfgang Puck cuisine. The event will continue in the intimate, limited seating Sound Stage Theater where Felder will be interviewed about life, music and more, and will then perform a mini-concert featuring the songs for which he is best known. The evening will conclude with dessert and mingling with the legend himself.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Yo San Community Clinic and its externship service sites at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Premiere Oncology Foundation (Santa Monica) , Being Alive (West Hollywood) and Venice Family Pain Clinic.
